Most hair care items ship from our overseas partners and typically arrive within 2-4 weeks of your order shipping. A few items ship through a faster, more local fulfillment network and typically arrive sooner. Exact estimates are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by item and destination. Select items include free shipping, noted on the product page.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of imported goods, some items may not be eligible for return — this will be noted on the product page if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
